I love it, especially since I'm such a huge fan of Lucha Libre. Did you go to the Roundhouse show? Cross-dressing Cassandro is so funny with his mouth to mouth kisses.

Nahid went to the Roundhouse show - i wish I did!!! And, yes, power-plates actually DO work, I can hook you up with a free session if you want to try it, honest, I've not been in a gym or any kind of "workout" environment in over 10 years - hate it! - but I love power plates.
1. Sessions are only 25 minutes! Sorry but that is definately my favourite aspect!
2. You see results really quickly, on the important parts i.e. tummy, bum, arms.
3. There's never more than 5 people in a class.
4. They play great music, not that pumping house crap you get in most gyms!
What's not to like!
Are you actually serious, this power-plate thing works? Your description has definitely sold it to me and I will have to try it as soon as I come back from France. I'm a "no gym" kinda girl!
